Payment, Tax and Duties
All purchases with an Australian address include GST (10%). Orders with an International delivery address have the GST component removed, giving the customer a saving of 10%. However, international orders may be subject to duties and/or customs charges, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are assessed by each individual country at the time of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate your country's customs and/or duties charges. It is illegal for us to put "gift" on the customs forms or understate the value of your order, so please do not ask us to do so.
We accept several payment methods for your convenience:
- Credit Cards
- Australian credit card payments are processed via Australia Post - SecurePay.
- International Credit Cards are processed via PayPal. You do not require a PayPal account to pay by credit card and there is no charge to the customer.
- personal cheques (Australian customers only) and money orders
- direct bank transfer (Australian customers only)
If you wish to pay via money order/cheque you will be given instructions at checkout (these instructions will also be emailed to you after you check out). Your order will be shipped once we receive payment in full and any personal cheques have cleared.
Communications with us
You will receive emails when an account is created, when an order is placed by you, and when the order is processed and dispatched. If you do not receive emails on completion of each of these events please contact us directly as we want to ensure that you are fully informed of progress of your order.
BMH Trading delivers almost anywhere in the world via Australia Post. Despatch of an order is usually within 2-3 business days of us receiving your order and payment. You will be notified by email as soon as despatch of the order has occurred.
We arrange for delivery according to the options that you select when purchasing. The options provided are those available from Australia Post. Tracking, insurance, registered post, delivery confirmation is not available to some countries. If we can combine orders to save postage costs for you, we will try to do so. The postage calculators make it easy for you to know what your shipping costs are before confirming an order. If your order can fit into a parcel no more than 20mm thick you may be offered the option to send it at Letter rate which is cheaper than Parcel rate.
Delivery will normally be 3-15 business days in Australasia from posting of your order. Estimated delivery times can be obtained from the Australia Post website

If you are in a location where "Sea" mail is offered please note that sea mail is sent by ship and is the cheapest option when speed is not important (refer to Australia Post website Sea mail parcels).
Should any of the items you order be out of stock we will contact you immediately by email to let you know the anticipated delay of those goods.
INSURANCE and DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
You have the option of including insurance and delivery confirmation at Australia Post charges. If you do not select insurance and registered post/ delivery confirmation, please keep in mind that your package will not be trackable or insurable and we are not responsible for it once it has been posted.
Insurance claims can only be made if you selected insurance at time of purchase. If goods are damaged in transit, take details and photographs and contact your local post office. Any insurance claim for damages is handled by your local post office.
Returns & Customer Satisfaction Policy
Under Australian law We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
If you decide to return a part you must contact us first to receive a Return Authorisation Number. No parts will be accepted without an authorisation number. Any part returned must be returned in as-new condition, in the original packaging, with proof of purchase and the Return Authorisation.
Please enclose the original packing slip and a brief note on why you are returning the product. Tell us if you require a replacement product, a refund (less delivery charges) or a BMH Trading gift voucher.
